Ok so here's the story: In October I decided to write a letter
to Carly. Along with that letter, I sent her a breast cancer bracelet (like the Livestrong ones, but pink). My
cross country team was doing a fundraiser for Breast Cancer and we were selling these. So I bought one for Carly
cuz I thought if she might wear it, then Breast Cancer awareness would increase, especially among younger people that are
fans of hers. So I asked her if she could help out by wearing that bracelet. I also included 3 photographs.
I couldn't pick which picture of hers was my favorite, so I just sent all 3 and asked her if she could pick her favorite and
sign it for me. I also sent a small and large copy of a Blend (artwork) that I made for her to keep.
Well a little while later, I decided I wanted to make Carly a Christmas
card. I made it in photoshop and it had Christmas Kittens on it. Here is what it looked like:
Inside the card, I just wished her a Merry Christmas and a
Happy new year and said I hope she got to spend lots of time with friends and family. Well, I also sent
her this little cute card that I thought fit her perfectly (its like the size of a drivers liscence and you're supposed
to keep it in your wallet or something.) Here is what that looks like:
I, of course included a self-addressed envelope, in hopes that
she would reply. Lo and behold she did reply!!! I got it in the mail December 18th. What a great early Christmas
present from Carly! :) Well I only expected that there would be one picture signed and that she would have sent the
generic response. When i opened it i saw there were four pictures included and she had signed them all! I only
asked her to sign one :) she is so sweet! Anyways, she signed all 3 pics of her and also signed the small sized blend
that I had sent her. I didn't look at the letter first because I thought it was just the generic one. When
I opened it, I saw that I had been right, but then I looked at the bottom of the page and she had written me a personal thank
you note! I was so excited! Carly, if you ever read this, I just want to thank you so much! You are so sweet
and you made my Christmas special! :) The letter is located below:
